Hey there!

My name is Matt Fontaine and I am a Graphic Designer and Illustrator!

I recently graduated from the Design and Illustration program at Grant MacEwan and before that I graduated from the Fine Art Program at Grant MacEwan also.  I am a graphic designer/illustrator with a fine art background! The best kind if you ask me!

I specialize in illustrations, logos, business cards and posters but I have a wide range of skills and can basically do anything that comes my way. Both programs at Grant MacEwan taught me excellent problem solving skills and that’s what a lot of graphic design is. How do I fit this object into this space? How do I make these colors work together? Composing an image is basically one large exercise in problem solving and believe me after five years of college I know how to problem solve!

I am a freelance designer who also works full time at a company called Elite Sportswear. At Elite Sportwear I prepare and create art to be screenprinted onto t-shirts. Do you need a design done for shirts? I get a discount and I am a designer! Do you need to get posters done for your gig or just as self promotion? I love to do posters and my fine art background can come in really handy for that! What about business cards? Do you have a business card? Are you happy with the business card you have? I’ve made a lot of business cards and can make one for you!
